Hall Hire

Bearfield is a great venue in Bradford on Avon for parties.  We have beautiful buildings, set in its own child safe and large garden. For appropriate purposes we can hire out the use of the hall (56 sq. metres) seating about 40, with a domestic-size kitchen area, and external toilet.

Not only is there the lovely hall but there is also plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around or to have inflatables and games.  Please see photos on the right of this page or do drop by on a Sunday at about 12:00 if you would like to have a look at the hall.

Dedications, Funeral & Memorial Services

Bearfield Church has beautiful buildings, set in its own large garden. It is a lovely location for services of dedication for children, and for memorial and funeral services. As well as the main church (seating about 90) we also have a hall seating 40.

We are able to be flexible in working with families to make a delightful, peaceful and memorable event, within the Christian tradition.

Our Hall Hire Prices

First two hours: £52.50 and £26.25 per hour thereafter.  There is also a flat rate cleaning fee of £20 per hire.  For example, a three-hour booking for a birthday party would be £98.75.

If you would like to make a repeat booking for a club or recurring meeting for 10 weeks of more we can offer a discounted rate, dependent on length of booking, so do contact us for more information.
